I visited in March right after they opened but it was so crowded I only sampled the beers, which I liked a lot. Today I finally got a chance to make it back and this time got to eat as well. My wife loved the sushi and I had the double brat sandwich. They were both delicious. It is not often you find pub food this good. The beers, as usual were fabulous. I had the DIPA and Udaho Golden Ale, and filled my growler with IPA. All were excellent. Matt gave me a brief tour of the brewing operation. There is a lot to like here and I think as the word continues to spread about this wonderful combination of ambiance, food, and brew this operation will do very well indeed. I know I sure liked it.

By the way, my parents just sent me a Salmon River Brewery shirt. Brilliant!!! Now….just export some good brew down my way!!!!!!!!!!! Just MYL to LAX north to Marina Del Rey and it would be home!!!

My parents live in McCall and visited Salmon River Brewery recently. Hopefully I will have a chance to sample some a pint or 2 of your brew. I live in Southern California and have the opportunity to sample some of the worlds best beers, best being Belgium, Czech, Aussie, UK. The US has some good micro beers also. My next door neighbor is a manager of a beer distribution center here in LA and has some good brews and some REAL SWILL!! When can I expect some of Salmon River beer on the market down here. Further, we have a business not far from us called Beverage Warehouse that imports GOOD BEER from all parts of the world!!!! Nothing better than putting some good beer in the packs and walking down to the beach for a warm summer evening watching the sun go down!!
